Its better if you put enough description in your answer so that people know what you want, still you are going to get replies that are off putting. Some can't sugest anything but "go see a doctor". A lot of people come here for some reasssurance. I didn't see your original question but good luck tomorrow.

fever

infection

excessive bruising

fatigue

physical exercise intolerance

abdominal pain, or generally feeling fullness

weight loss

abnormal bleeding

enlargement of the lymph nodes, spleen, and/or liver
