the punch do not win fights it is the fearlessness in you which protects you from all things! do you understand, what you must know young lady is not to be coward by the blows you receive from your opponent! and to be eager to inflict as much pain as possible with no chance of fear intervening!
fight fight fight there is no technique but to swing grab pull and always know where you are and your position at all time and be fearless at all time!
remember don't fear the blow coming at you and pretend they don't hurt even if you wish to scream out in pain you better never do that or you coward yourself and remember eyes and throat smacking the ear and kicking the knee is always how one wins and believe it or not peace out live and weight all advice i have just given and i recommend you be a healer and know how to rumble if it comes you must fight and remember weight and height has never determined a winner HAY AND BITE GRAB WITH TEETH AND BEAT UNMERCIFULLY!

And between you and me! I am 4 ft 11 inches in height and i fight like a man! believe that! but humble full of peace when then necessary, you know! and believe this i have much wit about me so avoiding harming is easy but harming is easy too!
you must balance your scale!

Use a tight fist with your thumb curled outside of your index finger so it is tucked underneath your fist. If you tuck it inside your index finger, you will dislocate your thumb when you hit something.

Use your first two knuckles only for striking as you will note these form a straight line down your forearm and these will therefore have the whole force of your arm behind them. Do not hit with your third finger and pinkie knuckles as they do not have much support behind them and again you can dislocate the pinkie knuckle.

And uh, well punching REALLY hurts.... I mean you with black and blue knuckles.

MOST IMPORTANT: Don't' ever start something you can't finish. Some people fight really nasty and will not stop until one of you you are hospitalized or worse so don't go around throwing punches at people unless you have no other choice. Better to resolve your problems peacefully. The saying goes: "A live dog is better than a dead lion."

i am the best fighter at my school but i dont look it you have to have heart in believe that nobody in this world can whoop you that what i do when you ball your fist up hit with the nuckles not the flat top part those are for upper cuts a good fighter is a moving fight er dont stand in one spot keep moving as fast as you can go in and out throwing jabs when you get to the point when your winning dont get cocky cause the other person been getting their *** whoop but at the the same time they have more energy still and can throw a very hard punch a one hitta quitta is what we call it down here when fight aim for the nose its a reaction the person eye will close no matter what when that happends take the heel of your foot and kick them as hard as you can the outer side of the knee this will bring them down if you ever get them on the floor dont get on top of them and start punching what you want to do is stump them this is how you fight trust practice these things no one will dare to fight you also speed is always better than strenght
to get fast strech first get some dumbells and punch with them as fast as you can for fifteen second 3 ten times a day everyday good luck

Watch Rocky Marciano, he would bring the punch from the ankle area & just clock'em with it.............he would have all his weight & power coming up to throw the punch

well you need to learn that in real life really from some one, taking up a martial art and punching is a very small part of it, to be honest its more where you put the punch, it would be useless in the ribcage, but in the solar plexus it would be very effective.
