I have done it before, it was a while ago but they are pretty good, my mom still uses them, she has been with them for 7 years maybe longer, but they send you a really good coffee pot or whatever they maybe offering at the time and they are pretty prompt with their shipments, no complaints from me.

Well, I found their customer service to be excellent, the shipping quick, the coffee maker I chose was very good. BUT, they wanted me to take more coffee than I could use ... I think they have changed their policy on this in recent days. But you might want to check on that.

Other than an overflow of coffee, I felt the coffee was worth the money and enjoyed it. I only stopped taking it because I had more than I could use before it went stale.

While it is good coffee and pretty good coffee maker, I think it does end up being more expensive than buying each thing on its own. The service is great so if you want/need the convenience of getting your coffee delivered, it may be worth it. They give you lots of options on what type of coffee you want and when you want it delivered.

My boss got it for our office. We loved it. Prompt delivery, he had no service issues.

The coffee was much bolder than that of standard office issue coffee. We always brought in our own real cream or the flavored creams and didn't use the powdered stuff.

I'd recommend it but if you can try a sample first, that would be best, to ensure you're going to like it.

I'm sure they're just fine but they also have coffee at your local grocery. Maybe you could try buying some there. If the grocery has a great international selection might I suggest Tchibo Mellow Roast, it's a very good German coffee.

My husband signed up for it just for the free coffeepot. He didn't like the coffee, so as soon as the deal was up, we canceled it and kept the coffeepot.
