If when someone gets to sit next to you, they make a big scene, about being really happy about it, and they say to the teacher, that they'll pay them 5p, if they can sit next to her, and they nag the person who they sit next to, so that they can swap places, so he sits nearer this girl, would you say he fancies her, and if I am her, should I ask him out?

don't ask him out, sit back & enjoy watching him try to be as near to u as possible & if he offered 5p to the teacher infront of everyone then he must like u !!!

I would say yes he fancies her, but she should be the one to ask him out. If he can do all that to sit next to her, he can be the one to ask!!
