It is hard to say without knowing her. It could be so many reasons maybe she should play a little more hard to get.

from what it sounds like 1 if she has sex on the first date that takes away from the sexual interest by giving it up too soon and 2 shes not finding the guys that want a girlfriend the only advice or answere i can give is to tell her to slow down in that are and she will have less trouble keeping a guy around
