You could put, Ham with spring onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce, and black pepper but if you do decide to do this make it in the morning, otherwise by lunch time it will be soggy.
Or you could have tuna salad, or chicken salad. Or you could put stir fryed vegetables in them. Or you could do this, I tried it the other day and it was really nice, roast chicken, with shredded lettuce, spring onions, red peppers and sliced mango, so it was ever so lovely

I like lettuce wraps with grilled chicken strips, with bell peppers, onions and a little bit of fresh garlic (grilled or cooked someway). Then squeeze a tiny bit of lemon juice on it, wrap it up and dip it in any type of sauce/dressing you like.

the correct question is" what can,t i put in my wraps"the combos are infinite. the only limitation I've run into is lack of imagination.left overs ,anything you put in a sandwich to anything you eat for breakfast.my kids like peanut butter and honey.i particularly like to make veggie slaws like cabbage ,carrots broccoli ,apples all grated and mix with mayo, sugar (i use equal) nut meg and apple cider vinegar. toss together.it stores well for a few days.then i add it on my wrap with turkey or by its self.It just depends on what you like and how adventurous you are. good luck

just about anything you want....the possibilities are just about endless with wraps.....be creative ;-) some good ones to try though could be:
egg, ham, chicken or tuna salad
meat of your choice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo....whatever you'd like (like on a sandwich)
chicken, romaine lettuce & caesar dressing (ceaser salad wrap! yummm)
chicken, buffalo wing sauce, lettuce & chopped celery (this is good! i've had one!)
lamb, tatziki sauce (cucumber sauce), feta cheese, lettuce & tomato (greek gyro style! yummmmmm)

Sliced strips of cajun or garlic chicken, red onion, dribble of french mayo up the middle, red pepper strips, tomato, little lettuce sprinkle and black pepper to finish.
I did myself one at lunchtime and have a very satisfied tummy.

today I put ham, asparagus (lightly steamed) and swiss cheese in my wrap, then popped it in the oven for a minute to crisp up the bread and melt the cheese.
It was incredibly delicious, I had a bit of caesar dressing to dip it in too.
