I'd like to know which universitie(s)/college(s) offers the MOST foreign languages and/or the BEST foreign/modern language program. I plan to go into International Business or being a foreign language teacher. I know Indiana University offers many languages, but I don't know how good their program really is. There might be more "quantity" than "quality". PLEASE HELP! =)

I'm a foreign language student and have been researching language schools for a Master's program. The BEST one I found was Middlebury College on the east coast. It also offers undergrad degrees so you could definitely do a double major in International Business and foreign language. What's great about this school is that they use the instant/constant immersion technique. It is absolutely forbidden to speak english and you even have to sign a language pledge. They mainly focus on French, Italian, German and Spanish but I believe there are other language programs as well. They also offer great study abroad opportunities too. www.middlebury.edu

Most four yr faculties and universities require that you're taking 2 years of overseas language in prime university. Some will enable you to take a yr of overseas language at university as an alternative however that's like taking 3 years of HS language in a yr.

Yes Middleburry has special houses where you have to sign a contract that you will speak only that language. I believe Tufts university in Medford, mas. (just outside of boston) also has language housing and a large international population. As for international business, I would recommend georgetown as it is known for that. Good luck with the search!!

Concordia College in Moorhead, MN is well known for being good with languages. They are connected with Concordia Language Villages, and many language students get the opportunity to work there. I majored in Latin there, and really liked it.
