I already have the Yahoo IM installed and am not sure if I install the Windows messenger IM if it will interfere with my Yahoo IM? Is the Windows MSN free like Yahoo?

Yes you can.
But you know that now yahoo and msn can chat with each other. Just take the friend you have on msn and add them to your yahoo messanger and the other way around. It's much butter that way.

u will find the link to massenger there .. press on it and go with the steps
and by the ways .. i always use both yahoo and msn massenger

Yes, but you may want to download a combined application to do this. Trillian is a good one (www.ceruleanstudios.com) that is one chat client for ICQ, AIM (AOL), YIM (Yahoo), and MSN.

Yes, I do all the time .AOL messenger as well.
