it is better than nothing, but it depends on what the fruit or veggie is.

actually its 5-9 portions.

If it is all carrots, that isn't so good, if it is 5 portions of spinich, brocoli or kale, that is much better.

It is better to mix it up though because you are not getting all the nutrients you need out of one. For instance spinach has calcium and blueberries have antioxidants.

Some fruits and veggies are just simply different, and some are just not as good as others.

No, this doesn't count.. you need to eat all varied fruit and veg.
each have different properties, and the body will only use what it needs and eliminate the rest.
Drinking any kind of fruit/veg juice, even specialist 1 bottle a day can only count as 1 portion aswell.

i don't think of manufacturers are consistently trustworthy/precise. from time to time a %. of blended fruit claims to be properly worth 3 parts whilst there are 3 end result even inspite of the incontrovertible fact that there are purely small quantities of anyone. specific, i could say a 200g %. of pineapple is one element. i could say that a medium sized carrot could be a element, yet i don't be attentive to how that compares to 200g. 2 tangerines make a element, as does a million kiwi. One banana or 2 small ones make a element, and one apple, yet whilst funsize, you may choose 2. you decide on 8 cherry tomatoes and for vegetables, a extensive spoonful. A small glass of fruit juice counts, as long because it fairly is not too processed.

You could, but the enzymes of some fruits and vegetables may actually conflict or be counterproductive (e.g. cantaloupe). If you have a genuine interest in eating right, send an e-mail to Support@RealJuicePlus.com and request their free DVD on nutrition. Irrespective of the product, as credible as it is, the DVD is a wealth of information!!!

Why eat them. Take MetaBerry from ageless it just 2 ounces of juice and your done.

If not. you should eat an assortment because your body will not store nutriton like it stores fats. Your body will rid its self of excess minerals and vitamins. So if you only recieve Vitamin C+D in the orange you would only get those vitamins every day you eat them and the affects will not last more than a day or so.

You SHOULD get some 'leafy green vegies' and some 'red' vegies and not eat ALL ORANGE vegies ... but if you really want to eat 'just one' vegie for 'everything you need in one day' as long as you switch vegies every day. I made the mistake of eating NOTHING BUT Satuma Mandarin Oranges for about three months ... I didn't get 'sick' but I gained 15 pounds because of all of the 'sugar' in them. And eating NOTHING BUT CARROTS could 'get you sick' because your body doesn't need and can't process that much Vitamin A. So BE CAREFUL.

you really should eat a few different types. different fruits and vegetables provide different nutrients and componants. You should also eat them as vegetables and not just supplaments or juice because the roughage will also provide benefits to your diet and body.

Im sure its not a prob if you do duplicate evry so often or it might be impossible to make it every day.
