He could like you but i wouldn't conclude that from the fact that he wants you to get drunk with him. Alot of people have told me they wanted to get drunk with me. You turn into somewhat of a different person...shy people tend to open up more...some uptight people are alot more fun to be around...I personally like to drink with people i know. As for you not being sure about him taking advantage of you i would be careful...many people do things when drinking that they wouldn't normally do sober....

He won't take advantage of you? Maybe he thinks that if you're both drunk you won't care what happens. So many times that is the case but not with me. I can't stand the smell or taste of booze, in fact, I dumped on woman I was dating cause she would get drunk then come to see me at 2:00 am waking me out of good sleep to let her in then she'd pile on top of me breathing in my face. After I told her many times not to breath in my face, I told her to get out. I didn't mind the sex at 2am but the stink of booze was too much for me.

No, it's not normal.

If he likes you as something more, still doesn't answer why he wants you to get drunk with him. We all think we know someone to find out we were wrong. I wouldn't trust him. and NO it's not normal.

Guys sometimes have alterior motives which girls naively dismiss. Why would he want you to get drunk? He wants you to lose your inhinbitions and maybe he wants to lose his too, so that he can make a move on you. Everybody is more confident after a drink. He blatantly likes you.

My wager is that he feels compelled to drink, yet he's not precisely gentle with it yet. He needs greater of his acquaintances to drink with him so as that he won't experience awkward approximately it...variety of like a club you may all connect, in case you % to think of of it that way. some variety of bonding/coming-of-age experience. additionally, females are often greater "clever," so if his lady buddy already stated no, he could be asking you because of the fact he desires some validation from a pal who's a woman that it fairly is o.k. to drink. So, it fairly is stupid, and that i think of you ought to additionally say no.

You CAN'T be this dense. Is anyone actually this clueless?

Guys do NOT have 'girl friends' - they only hang around with a list of chicks they want to screw.

He wants you to lose your inhibitions, have sex with him, and then have something to blame it on.

My god. Kids these days.
