Google "how to make a gum wrapper chain". There is a good explaination there.
My best friend and I made one back in 6th grade. It's almost 30 feet long. I still have it!

yes. take a gum wrapper and close it. pick up the edges and tape them together. then take another gum wrapper, put it through the hole and tape the two ends together until it is the desired length
