i've heard this one recently - best way to do it is to break apart the pomegranate under water... in a large bowl or something. as you rip apart the white skin from the seeds, the seeds should sink and the skin float up; what you should have left is a bowl filled with water with seeds on the bottom and skin on the top - just skim off the top part, rinse seeds, and eat to your heart's content.

peel it first, don't try to eat it as its still in the rind. its a long process but just take a bowl and slowly peel off all the white parts that surrond the seed and put all the seeds into a bowl and you can eat it without being all sticky. or you can just go to trader joes, and buy the already peeled and ready to eat pomegranate seeds.

Hello,
I was told to put in cold water (after you have cut it in half) then all seeds will float to top. So my guess would be in a bowl with a strainer in it.
Hope this will help you.
