Ricky Hatton is a wind-up toy. Wind him up and he just doesn't quit throwing punches. And every punch is thrown with bad intentions.

If tough to call this one because Urango doesn't have nearly as much "big-fight" experience as Hatton, but he posesses a very similar style to Hatton.

This should be a very very good fight because I expect neither warrior to take a backwards step. Who ever can withstand the other's punch will win this fight. I can't wait.

Im English myself and a massive Hatton fan too, i was meant to be flying out for the fight this morning but i was informed last night that my flight has been cancelled and it looks like i might not be able to get there as all the flights are full, this just shows me yet again how popular Hatton is to the British public, you are right asking this question as to be honest British fighters dont get that much respect from the American public and i have been posing simular questions for months and months and to be fair i am beginning to see why the Americans arent warming to our fighters, i lay the blame firmly at the door of Frank Warren, if you take Calzaghe's position now with Warren he has burst the door open for himself after that great victory over Lacy and since then he has a mediocre fight against Bika and an upcoming fight with a celebrity boxer, both fought in Britain and both to make Warren money. If you take Hattons position it took 40 fights or so for Hatton to realise that Warren was taking him for a ride, Hatton wanted the big fights 10 fights ago and was promised them by Warren but ended up with Pedersen and Vilches since he has left and gone over to Hobson the big fights are going to come and we will see what Ricky can really do. You would have to say that Ricky didnt do himself any favours with the American public with his display against Collazo too, but i would just say he came up against a good boxer that night with a difficult style for Hatton with him being a southpaw which we have seen him struggle against before. I really think that this fight against Urango could be the fight to showcase Rickys skills, i think the American public will see some great counterpunching and some great bodyshots from the Hitman. Hopefully after this fight the American public will warm to Hatton as everyone in Britain has over the years, i mean he fills every stadium or Arena he fights in over here and hopefully this will start happening over there soon as well. I think we all know that Ricky has the ability to rule his division, i just hope that when he gets the fight on Saturday night and the upcoming fight with Castillo out the way that he can talk Mayweather into dropping back down to Welter for one of the biggest fights ever, which i still believe would result in a victory for Hatton, and even though you will never hear an American say this i think quite a few of them have a sneaky feeling that this could happen too. And even if they arent thinking it now i would say they might be thinking it by Sunday morning.

Neither fighter has big fight experience. Don't count Hatton's fight against Tszyu because Kostya was past his prime at that point. Ricky better be careful he doesn't have Micky Vans refereeing the fight and he doesn't have those English judges in his back pocket either. He better win impressively if he wants to finally earn the moniker of being a great fighter. I will give him props he he has left his "crib" twice in a row to fight in the States. He's finally coming over here to mix it up with the deeper talent we have in the U.S. The real test for him will be Jose Luis Castillo. Hopefully that match will be made for this summer. There has been much talk of it.

if the combat is rigged then possibly somebody can answer you. besides the undeniable fact that, this could be a solid combat and im not taking something removed from hatton. as solid because of the fact the pacman is, hatton is a stressful puncher. because of the fact the cliche is going .... you may nonetheless exchange the complexion of a combat by using purely one punch. thats why george foreman is usually a tricky combat for any heavyweight. it aint over till its over. for me inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, i wish the little guy wins this one.

Although I'm from Wales, I'm going to respond to this and say it's nice to see some people from the US answering without having a pop at 'sheltered' British fighters. It should be a great fight.
