there is this guy who is very outgoing and crazy (in a good way--like funny) but he is shy and talks serious when talking to me----> he stares at me nonstop but he sometimes has a hard time approaching me.....what does this mean??? i'm not scary i promise haha i am actually very friendly:):) thanks for your answers!! =)

Yes they are. the more outgoing a guy is, the harder time he gets to aproach a girl. You may help him by being a little more inviting. Like sometimes surprise him with a hold of his hand. Then just let nature do its course. Good luck

That's me, Yep I'm a funny outgoing and a tuff guy but put a chick I like in front of me I shut up real quick, Hang out with him for a while and he might loosen up around you

very shy, his comfort zone is standing back and making a little of everyone laugh, one on one with girls is alot harder especially if he feels he has to outdo his stand up performance, fortunately this is a real easy fix, if your interested in him then go up and TALK TO HIM!!!! all he needs is some confidence that the door is open with you, it's OK girls can approach guys this millennium
