Perhaps it's from that fitness classic, "Exercise for the Irrational"? Juss Keeeeeding! As we all know many a schizophrenic in the mental wards of this nation is getting their daily fitness routine direct from Jesus, Mickey Mouse, and a few other figments of their imagination.

Probably. There used to be little phamplets that had these little healthy life-style reminders printed on them.
