i need to find out what area is this telephone number 0208 293 ****. can anyone help?

I do the 100 operator services, its free to call 100 from a landline and theyll tell you the name of what area its from unless it happens to be a cable number or a company like bulldog, skype etc.

the code for London is 020; the 7 or 8 is part of the number and still has to dialled even from another 020 number.

you can phone a directory enquiry service or go to bt.com. Don't think that is one as not showing on bt.com..

0208 ******* is for inside the m25 ring but outside inner london and covers ares's around dagenham essex.
