It can be translated as "reposar" or "descansar"
yo reposo (I)
tú reposas (you, informal)
usted reposa (you, formal)
el/ella reposa (he/she)
nosotros reposamos (we)
ustedes reposan (you)
ellos reposan (they)

Good luck

you can use "reposar" or "descansar" (descansar is the one we use the most)

In present you say

Yo reposo
Tu reposas
Él reposa
Nostros reposamos
Ustedes reposan
Ellos reposan

Yo descanso
Tu descansas
Él descansa
Nosotros descansamos
Ustedes descansan
Ellos descansan

In past it's

Yo reposé
Tu reposaste
Él reposó
Nosotros reposamos
Ustedes reposaron
Ellos reposaron

Yo descansé
Tu descansaste
Él descansó
Nosotros descansamos
Ustedes descansaron
Ellos descansaron

And for the future

Yo reposaré
Tú reposarás
Él reposará
Nosotros reposaremos
Ustedes reposarán
Ellos reposarán

Yo descansaré
Tú descansarás
Él descansará
Nosotros descansaremos
Ustedes descansarán
Ellos descansarán

The past participle is "reposado" and "descansado"
The gerund is "reposando" and "descansando"

Now, I don't understand that of "cuando reposo en ti" are you trying to say "when I rest in you"?

Well, hope it helped, if you ever need any other help with Spanish mail me at sejon_725@hotmail.com
