Im 18 years old and im 171cm. Is this a normal height for a guy? I have only grown 1 cm in 4 years. Does this lack of growth have anything to do with me starting workouts very early? i started working out when i was only 14 or lower. Is it possible for me grow more, now that im 18 years old? If yes then how?

Dude drinking milk is no lie the best way to grow. I used to live in a country cow town and evvveryone there is tall because they all have their own milk cows and they allll drink a ton of milk. No lie everyone is 6'2 ish and it's like crazy.

Drink milk...bones can't grow if there's no calcium. In fact calcium supplement tablets might be worth looking into. Get 'em at pharmacy or health food store...

mainly its in your genes, my brother is 20 and he is still growing, working out can't cause you to get shorter but if you think that is what is the problem stretch before the workout so you don't get shorter (if that is the problem)

also watch what you drink and eat, eat an actual breakfast not chips or anything, and maybe stop drinking coffee if you are
