Most defendants are provided a court date once they post their bond.

However, many cannot obtain bond and will remain in jail until a court date is set.

The BEST way to obtain a court date is by contacting the Clerk of the Municipal or District Court in your area. They can answer your question!

You probably won't find a specific website that will give out that information, unless the court where the person in jail is going to be heard at has a website giving that info.

More than likely they won't though because they have better things to do with time and money than to post a website like that. The major factor of why you wouldn't find it, is the fact that court dates and times change so much and the drop of a hat. Someone may have a date and time, and they will actually be at the courthouse, but another case on the docket takes longer than expected, and then they have to postpone the first persons case to another day.

It sucks how they do that, but that is why they wouldn't do a website like that. What you need to do is call the court that his case will be heard in and ask them when the date and time of his case. Or even call the person's lawyer and ask them. Then you might want to call just before the time to begin that person's time to make sure that it is still going to be on schedule.

I do not know of any specific web site, but you can call the court house, tell them the name of the person who has court and they could probably tell you the time.

You would have to go to the county's site that the trial will be held in and do a search from there. Good luck to you.
