If you're referring to the Sovereign God described in scripture, He has already said and done the things you've mentioned. The problem is that humans refuse to accept what they have not seen. As a result, many have chosen not to worship God, and will lose their lives because of it. The Bible IS the inspired Word of God!

God does not need our worship to come to us so that we can worship Him. We worship God which is a way of thanking Him for all all the bounties he has given us unless we are thankless lot and say what 'bounties'.
