Well the Holiday season is now over and its time to get back to reality! I personally feel that its not that diet plans don't work (I love when people say that) its when people don't follow them and give up! I think the #1 cause is because people only eat nasty food. Anyways, the main question. What is your favorite Meal (non-frozen dinner) and favorite Snack and Fav desert?

I'll go first
Meal:
Blackened Catfish/rice & Salad loaded with veggies and low fat dressing.
Snack:
Chedder flavor mini Rice Cakes
Desert:
Strawberries & Reddi-whip!

Meal: Fat Free Pita wrap with homemade hummus, bean sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, and basically whatever yummy veggies I have around. Maybe a splash of light done right dressing if I feel like a little splurge.

Snack: Yoplait Light Fat Free Strawberry Banana Yogurt! So much better than all those other light yogurt brands.

Dessert: Sugar-Free orange jello with orange slices and a dollop of cool whip.

Two days ago on Oprah she showed how she makes a wasa sandwich. Take a wasa cracker (high in fiber) and put 1 slice of turkey, 1oz sliced cheese, sliced tomato, and a couple basil leaves. Oh yeah and little bit of low fat mayo. Then she does the same to another wasa cracker. So she makes 2 open-faced cracker/sandwiches. OMG! It is soooo good.

I like the Slim-Fast bars. Especially the cinnamon ones. They're tasty and low fat. WARNING: After eating them, I tend to "pass wind" for hours afterwards. Try them, see if you like them and see if you like them.

You are absolutely right... Another reason is because people eat too much. Even if the food you are eating is healthy, if you eat too much of it, you will still gain weight.
