Basically its like this:

- I'm 5'10 175-180 lbs
- Been taking one scoop of High Performance Creatine Powder - Precision Engineered® mixed w/ 8-10 oz of water.
- Work out 3 to 4 times a week for 1hr - 1 1/2
- Only drink creatine before workouts. Sometimes I'd drink it and something would come up so i didnt burn it off that day.
- Muscles got well rounded, lost body fat, got TONS of complements on my build. But then.......

- 4 months ago got severe headaches, mostly right on crown and world was spinning.
- Urine stream got weak if i held it a while (stream normal when I didn't have to hold that long)
- A week ago, severe chest pains shooting numbness down my left arm. Emer Room tested, my heart strong, blood pressure fine down the middle. Said I pulled a pec muscle. Creatinine (waste of creatine) high however. 1.9 , norm is .8 to 1.4 or so.
- Now, my calf muscles are really week, feet feel flushed, burning sensation in back where kidneys are.

Need a retest. Am I screwed

Hey man, creatine wont have that big of an effect on your body. Unless you are allergic to it, which I doubt you are. Just get off it for a week, and then go back to it. If you feel better, and then when you take it again feel worse, than your body might not like it so don't do it. There is plenty of stuff better than creatine for you now adays anyways. Plus, your body can only take about 3-5 grams of it a day, so when you have to much, you just pee it out. And science has yet to figure out if creatine damages anything. So likei said, break from it for a little, then get back and see. You should be fine. And don't work out so hard if you pulled a pec muscle. If you take anything, take protein. NO Xplode is good too, you may like the energy and pumps from that. Good Luck and try not to worry about your creatine situation. Week off, then try again. Later
