Shouldn't you be hungry sometimes when you're on a diet?

What about if you're on a strict diet to become a fitness competitor?

Yes, because if you are dieting, that means you are eating less calories than you normally do...Therefore being hungry still. Just wait though, your body will begin to adapt to your new habbits and you won't feel as hungry as often. See if that helps!!

Depends on how long you have been on the diet really. I have 1400 calories and I still get hungry if I am not getting my calories from the right foods. Ex: If I waste my calories on junk food I have to eat less because of the calories where as if I use my calories for healthier choices I can have more and these foods typically keep you feeling fuller longer. Also make sure you are getting in water. Diet 7-Up is calorie and caffeine free so you can drink that too in order to get your water consumption in if you don't want 8 glasses of regular water every day.

I was on a 1200 calorie diet for a long time and NEVER hungry.

If you're hungry, you're either not eating enough or putting too much time in between meals. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and you won't be hungry.

you're undernourished. 1000 energy isn't adequate. 2000 is the conventional calorie intake mandatory, and this shifts from man or woman to man or woman in accordance with weight, height, age, sex, health, and so on. Snacks are high-quality, see you later as they are sparsely. which incorporates a cup of grapes, it truly is a snack. Is that risky? below no circumstances.

If you are hungry that means you should be eat-eat-eating. I recommend a (whatever your favorite food is that smells really good and makes you want to eat it whole without even chewing or maybe chewing a little bit)
