Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

It is a group of symptoms that have no explaination or apparent cause. The main symptoms are debilitating fatigue, muscle pain, and mental fogginess. The cause of chronic fatigue cannot be explained by other conditions, such as depression, and it does not improve substantially after periods of rest.

It is a controversial illness, some people doubt its exsistence.

That's a bit of a vague question, but "me" is often use to reffer to one's self... Also "ME" could stand for something like "Millenium Edition", as in one of Microsoft's versions of Windows, the one before Windows XP... there is also myalgic encephalomyelitis aswell...
