Use the BMI scale. Google it. I actually did the research, you are obese. Score = 27.9

I would have to say not at all BUT that truly depends on your muscle mass. You can be very over weight even though your height is 5'11" if your body has very little or no muscle tone at all.
This will help you out determine whether your fat or not and its very easy. Look at the extra fat if you have any that might hang from under your arms and also off your belly. If you can squeeze over an inch then that isnt good. By rights anything over .5 of an inch is bad for your back.
Also go to the gym and start out with 100 lbs for a bench press. Work your way up and hope you can bench your own body weight. Make sure you have someone to spot you. If you can come close to your body weight that will tell you that you have decent muscle inside. If you cant even come close then their is your answer.
I am an Ex powerlifter.

At 5'11, depending on your bone structure your ideal weight
should be around 150 to 160. Remember, as you get older
you put on weight naturally with hormonal changes, pregnancies
and decrease in physical activity. Nip it in the bud now or
face some medical problems in the future. Good luck. There
are many simple changes in your diet that can help...resource
the ones that are best for you.

What does it matter what other people think? I am 5foot tall and 100 lbs and I could stand to lose a little of it. It depends on your body frame and how you feel in your clothes. It depends on how you feel about yourself. There are many people who are overweight who can pull it off and actually look better with more weight. Other people cant. It just depends. But dont let that judge how you live your life.

Assuming you are a male, then not too bad, but just a little, but if you are female then yes. Forget the scale and look in the mirror. If it sags or wiggles then it's probably excess weight.
