I see people talking about big Macs and hairstyles, but does anyone really care what life is like in Bethlehem? Did you ever think about asking that question of someone who lives there...??
Can you bring yourself to try that?

Are we all trapped in our comfortable little worlds, or are we still able to reach out and inform ourselves?

Given that it's in the middle of the Israeli/Palestinian disputed area, I doubt life is great there.

its probably the same there as here. talk about Bigg Macs and hairstyles. only the people there dont know what theyre talking about. They just wanna imitate us. It makes them feel cooler, richer, better...you know, more Westernized.

I don't see why it matters what life is like there. There is nothing special about it, in my opinion. Just a city where a mythical figure was born.
