you need to get one right now
you need to get a perm every two to three(at the most) months.

Wait a minimum of two weeks between a color and a perm. If you are planning on going to a salon call to make an appointment as ask the person on the phone. With curly perms the hair starts to go flat within two - three months and it is time for another perm.
Good luck

It depends if you have straight, wavy, or curly hair, and if your hair is dry, oily or normal. Are you talking about a curly perm or a straightening perm? Normally people get curly perms every 6 months, but some every 3 months. I have gotten relaxers and straightening perms in the past, and if you overdo it, your hair will start to break off at the ends, like 1/4 inch here and there. Go to a salon and ask the question, because whoever does your hair will know your hair type. And while you're there, get a little bit trimmed off, because perming and coloring makes hair dry and crunchy, and even if it's not breaking off now, it will eventually start to split up the shaft without regular trims.

First of all when you perm and colour your hair it makes it very dry. So make sure you buy a really good treatment and use it each time you wash your hair.
Now that the top of your hair has grown out its a good idea to get your roots permed, that way there won't be extra damage done to the lengths of your hair.
Here is a tip for you when your inbetween perms and your hairs lookin kinda flat, dry your hair upside down. This gives you loads of lift and volume, you wil hardly notice that you need a new perm.
: ) I hope this helps.

Wait two more weeks and then get the perm. You don't want to damage your hair.

Best to wait about 2 weeks to a month so the chemicals don't interact leaving you bald or with clear, see through hair. (it will also literally fry your hair)
