I work in an area where I deal with alot of people everyday. There is a security gurad where I work I think he likes me. I just noticed. He called down to my office to ask me when could we get cofee. I told him I didnt drink cofee. The next day I saw him I asked him where was my cofee he told me you said you don't drink it so I requested grapefruit juice he brung it later that day. I asked him what did he like to drink he told me tea so I brought him one. He seems shy. DO you think he's just being nice or could he possibly like me. I want to get to know him. I noticed he doesn't have a ring so I assume he isnt married. I want to give him my number should I be this forward or keep playing it cool. HELP ME GUYS! I need male opinions.

I know that you would like a male's point of view, but I would like to share my two cents. You should've never been so abrupt and said that you didn't like coffee. You should've said something like, I don't mind joining you for some orange juice. That would have let him know that you were interested without sounding crass. Small talk is the best way to get bits of information. Invite him out for coffee and make small talk, ask him what made him go into security, is he from that area, make a slight reference to relationships and then ask him is he involved. It will seem like you're just interested on a friendly level, but when you get the info that you needed you can always turn the table. Good luck.

Dont worry. He likes you. If he is shy, you ask him to go out. Share the numbers, talk to each other, get more tea & coffee & juices. You guys are gonna be just fine. Enjoy.
