Detox-ing will help lighten your wallet, and certainly give you a story among certain circles (that won't immediately laugh at you, for wasting your time). To lose 15 pounds in 3-4 weeks which is most healthy.. you stop taking in sugar (that means no coffee) and salt and starch (bread, bagels, cereal). That's ALL you have to do, and you're done. Hot again, without a doubt.

Your body just like your teeth build up plaque in the intestines. If you ever see someone with a really large stomach chances are they have tons of plaque built up in their intestines. Which means your body is not absorbing the nutrients from your food. So yes cleansing and detoxing is a great thing. Try eating more fish, vegetables and fruit and whole grain foods. Of course drink lots of water and get at least 30 minutes of cardio daily or at least 3 times a week. You'll get the best healthiest weight lose that way.

Cut down your portions. Just eat half of everything you
normally eat. Increase your protein, stay away from
anything with flour in it, sugar and cheese. And start
walking, walking and more walking. Just using stairs
instead of elevators, parking your car further away from
work or school and walking the rest of the way helps....
join some kind of sport's team or rock around your
living room to your favorite group every day for at
least 15 minutes straight. Sweating is the best detox.

The fastest way i have ever lost 15 pounds is stair steps and water. Drink as much water as possible. (Don't forget to eat especially breakfast.) Go out and buy a basic step stool. Then While you are watching tv at night step on and off of it one foot at a time for 15 to 30 minutes. This works for me. Hope it helps. Good luck!

The healthiest way to lose weight is to keep your body running at its' optimum.

One way to do that, and lose weight is to drink lemon water, daily.

1 cup of hot water and fresh lemon juice or a slice of lemon first thing in the morning and lemon added to at least 64 ounces of water you drink daily will do both; detoxify and help you lose weight.
