How has it effected your health? I have been under alot of stress lately and I have been having pains in my head. Just wondering if they might be related.

Stress can manifest itself in the following ways:
headaches, back pain, ulcers, heart attacks, strokes, sleeplessness, hair loss, joint and muscle pain, panic attacks, depression, restlessness, lethargy, and death, just to name a few.
As for me, I tend to get depressed and listless when I'm stressed. I also have difficulty sleeping and suffer from tension headaches. Sounds like your head pains might be stress-related too. Do you feel overwhelmed in your personal life or in your work place or school? If so, try to chill if you can, maybe meditate, exercise, listen to some mellow music or take a long walk by yourself. Hope this helps. Life is sometimes tough.
