If it came with your computer use the recovery disk. If you purchased it from the store and registered it contact Microsoft. if you downloaded it and trying to get someone to give you a usable product code you need to list what Office 2003 it is such as Professional, Enterprise, beta, etc. etc. I truly don't think anyone will give you the licensing code because it is way too expensive to give out. Licensing software cost many times more than the retail version and if too many people use a retail code microsoft won't activate it and in some cases will lock out your Windows in the process plus shut down that code even from the original owner.
