SEE A DOCTOR because you probably have 'circulation problems' that might be 'easily treated' ... but you do need to SEE A DOCTOR and NOT TAKE ANY 'real' answers from what you get here!

Sounds like poor circulation of blood the itching is the blood tring to get through your veins and arteries.

I itch when I in the cold for a long time and then I come in to warm up. The itching is my blood starting to flow again. If you can....go see a Dr. there may be something he can do.

Exercise Allergy #1: Cholinergic urticaria (itching)
Symptoms:Itching, swelling or hives on the legs, arms, torso or neck during or after exercise. May progress to an anaphylactic reaction -passing out or closing off your airway
It is the rise in body temperature that produces the itching, swelling, and small hives that some people experience. People who have this may also experience the same reaction in hot tubs, saunas, and see that they are more likely to get it on hot days. This rarely leads to anaphylaxis - the life-threatening drop in blood pressure that can be fatal in major allergic reactions.
Treatment:

Antihistamines -OTC benadryl & Claritin
Prescribed antihistamines- Zyrtec, allegra or clarinex
Avoid exercising on warm or humid days
Reduce the intensity of your work-out
Stop exercising at the first sign of flushing, itchy skin or hives.
Wear 100% cotton pants to excercise
walk with someone who knows your allergic reaction to walking and ask them to be prepared to call emergency if the allergy happens again. You can ask your Doctor to give you self administer Epinephrin injections to get rid of anaphylactic reaction allergic reaction that does not allow you to breath or do daily activities.
