you are at a very healthy weight for your height.

It depends on your body structure. Some people are built differently and you may weigh 130 lbs, but be in good shape. The best thing to do is consult a doctor and find out what's the least and most you should weigh at your age and height. If you're slightly above don't worry, it seems you're very active so the pounds may shed and you'll be slimmer and more toned. No worries, unless you start bulging (smile).

There is a right weight for everyone. Since you are probably still growing, your weight may be different than any other people in your age group because everyone is different.

A calculated BMI (Body Mass Index) may help you discover what is the right weight for your height. But these calculations can be wrong (especially when people are developing), so if you are concerned, talk to your doctor. They can give you healthy advice and an accurate reading.

Don't call yourself 'fat.' And don't worry about other people and their opinions. Try to be more sure of yourself for who you are. I advice you to talk to your doctor though if your concerns continue.

PLEASE stop worrying about it.
If you're not 4 foot tall or under, you're still young and growing.
Be healthy, to be happy.
Exercise can make you both thin AND healthy.
Join a sport. Theatre (it always kept me slimmer. Those two weeks between plays, man, the whole theatre group would gain ten pounds. Then we'd lose it in another two weks when the next play came around.)
Take your dog for a walk. Don't have one? Maybe you could take your elderly neighbor'd dog for a walk.
Maybe you could get paid to do this for a few families!
Make your life about how you FEEL, not how you look.
