Well the fact you are in a good relationship makes things half way better as she and you both know things might work out better as you know each others habits. The only problem I can see here is that, she might feel better it stays this way as she does not want to spoil the special bond between you. So you can only do one thing and that is gamble it and ask her out for a meal with some wine and tell her you are crazy about her and you want more than just friends. Good Luck

Personally, if i really liked someone and knew they liked me the best thing they could do would be to grab my face totally out of the blue and kiss me. If she kisses you back then bingo! If not apologise and say, "where did that come from?"
Or you could take the formal route and just tell her you like her, honesty being the best policy an all.......

1. Have you tried asking her out on a date? When someone asks you out on a date you know that they're interested. Or you can flirt or just tell her plain out, women are smart but we're not mind readers.

tell her u like her, and see what her reaction is, if it is positive (wich is probably is if u KNOW it) then jus go for it! what have u got to lose!? besides, you only live once!
