Don't consider any supplements. It isn't good for internal organs. You have plenty of time to lose 15lbs. It is safe to lose 1-2lbs a week. Count your calories and try to keep them at about 1400-1650. Eat the right food and drink water, no pop. Also, exercise 4x a week with cardio for about an hour. Weight training will also help build muscle which cuts down fat when you are just sitting around or sleeping. So work out about 3 days. Do high reps and light weight. Stick with it and you'll lose about 8lbs a month safely. Good Luck!!!!

Cut out all fast food. Eat only chicken breast and stemed/fresh veggies and fruits. Drink only water, no soda not even diet. Eat slow cooked oatmeal for breakfast and tuna(plain) on top of lettuce for lunch. Do 60 min of cardio 7d a week and weight train 3 days a week.

none. diet pills and fat burners don't work and can mess it up so you end up overweight.
How about just exercising more often and getting more sleep at night? Those should help curb your appetite and lose a bit of weight.

I've been doing WeightWatchers and it really works. You can lose 1-2 lbs per week, even without any exercise.
