Cut out all fast food. Eat only chicken breast and stemed/fresh veggies and fruits. Drink only water, no soda not even diet. Eat slow cooked oatmeal for breakfast and tuna(plain) on top of lettuce for lunch. Do 60 min of cardio 7d a week and weight train 3 days a week.

10-15 lbs in 2 weeks is a lot. You are only supposed to lose 2-3 lbs. a week and be healthy. But you can start by eating healthy foods... NO JUNK FOOD. Eat vegetables/fruit, and drink plenty of water.

The more liquid the diet the better. However Progresso soups with the clear broth is only 200 calories for the whole 19.3 onunce can! I eat that for dinner at work every day and I've lost 30 lbs. so far.

I would say cut off a foot, but I don't know how safe it is...

Drink lots of water and don't eat any foods with salt. Eat small portions of veggies and some fruits. If you really need to lose the weight, I would try this route.

1-2lbs a week is healthy, anything more can be dangerous. You might be able to push 3 with a GOOD diet and exercise. But 1-2 is the safest.
