Yes it is the area where you would get kidney pain check your urine if it is dark all the time or you could see some blood in it that would suggest a kidney stone or nephritus how ever drink plenty of water if it is a stone or what thay call gravel you may be able to flush it out ? you need to see your doctor he may send you for an I.V.P xray. all the best and good luck

I was thinking some sort of kidney problem too.
Or do you lift heavy weights and you could have strained a muscle?
Best see your doctor to be on the safe side, might just be an infection that antibiotics would sort out.

Sounds like a joint out of place, I've had the same back problem, go to an advanced physio or Osteopath and they will click it back in..
