A kong.
My dogs LOVE them. They will play with them for hours. Add a little peanut butter in there, and your dog will go nuts.
KONG also has recipes for treats to place inside the kong for your dog. We've tried all of them and our dogs loved them all.

The main one is the Kong. My dog doesn't quite get the hang of the Kong, though after he saw two other dogs go at it he kind of got a clue. But he's not as into the Kong thing like those other two dogs are. IMO Kongs are more for peanut butter.
There are also some other items that dispense dry food. You'd have to check either petco, petsmart, or jbwholesale sites to see.

Go to the supply store. There are many treat/food dispenser toys on the market. The Kong doesn't work too well for food dispensing since the open end is pretty big. There is a company that makes a purple "squirrel" that holds food better, as it had rubber prong things that help keep the food in.
There are also treat/food dispensing balls that give off kibbles as the dog rolls the ball.
Kongs are good for larger biscuits and things like peanut butter.

It is callled "Kong" we have 3. They come in different sizes. The kong looks like the shape of a snowman. My dogs love them or at least my chocolate lab does. It is a great toy for the dog to get exercise chasing around the floor because it will bounce in different direction when tossed.
I got it at Petsmart.

Kongs are great, and they're available pretty much everywhere. I also like to use a Busy Buddy (purple, ufo-shaped one) as you can make it easier or harder for your dog to get the food out. Molecuballs are fun (larger than a tennis ball, you can just put dry kibble in there, dog has to flip it around to get kibble out, takes longer than you would think, which is a plus) The Buster Cube is a little more expensive, and harder for the dog, but is a good investment.

Hilarious, and useful. HTH.

It's a Kong. They are great to help relieve a dog's boredom and help with puppies teething.

yes, its a KONG, its a great way to have your dog "work" for her treats. if you put peanut butter in it and place a dog bone inside of it, she will lay there for hours licking the peanut butter out of it while trying to get the bone. (make sure you have water bowl handy for dog, because of the peanut butter).

There's the kong, the treat ball...Lots of them. Go to petsmart.com and click "dogs" then type in "treat ball" or "toys" and narrow your search to interractive toys.
