I don't know if "true love" is possible on the internet, but I can tell you from experience, that "true infatuation" is certainly possible. It's fun to chat with people online, but don't get too serious about it. Remember, there are a lot of sickos out there that have nothing positive on their minds. So, be aware of that when you do check dating sites and the like. Other than that, have fun with it, but if you really want to find someone, it's probably best to do it in person.

Anything is possible. I would just be careful and be as honest as possible. Don't give away too much personal info and only meet this person in a public place if you choose to further the relationship. While there are some honest people out there, don't be surprised if some people lie about their age, how they look, their job, income, etc. On a more positive note, my friend is getting married next week to a man she met on the Internet. So yes, you can find love on the Internet. Good luck!

Well I say join one of those dating sites. My cousin (who is a very good looking doctor btw) was too busy to really date due to his job, so he joined Match.com and met the woman of his dreams! She also didn't have time to date as she is a airline stewardess, and she is just beautiful. It was one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to in awhile.

Um....no, not a good idea.
Not only may it be hard to meet a person (they may live in another country), they also may not be who you think they are. Its not worth the risk! Go and enjoy the company of someone you know is genuine!
