Please help i have been looking for a spiritual retreat for ages has anyone got any ideas? where i could find one?

What is your religion? And what are you looking for... to accomplish in your life or faith, for instance?
It makes a big difference. I'd like to make specific recommendations if I knew something, but without that, I could really be steering you down the wrong road. There is no one retreat that is right for everyone....
Having read your profile, and assuming that being in the UK you are Anglican, you might consider checking to see if your Anglican diocese offers a retreat weekend called "Happening" (an offshoot of the Cursillo movement.) Any local Anglican parish can probably provide you with info about that.
