they say that they wont take money off her but they do include her wages into account for calculation,
bearing in mind they are useless and are getting scrapped any way this shows how rubbish the system is

Hi. They can't take your wife's salary into account so don't tell them anything about her income even if they ask. They can however take any family tax credits into account even if they are for your new children. If your wife is the main breadwinner though, they should only take half the tax credits into account. They are extremely erratic in their calculations so don't just accept what they say as the truth. However, they are also a law unto themselves and have the power to do unspeakable damage to families. A disgraceful lot.

I find it difficult to believe they will take anything off her! In my experience you have to fight your own corner and prove she is on a differ net wage. But if it was you that had a change in circumstance then all she has to do is call them up and they believe her!! The whole csa thing is crap!!
