he is going to his best friends wedding in CA (WE LIVE IN TX) and we never been apart like this. im not going because our daughter has school. i need to know how to trust him, he hasnt given me a reason not to, but why do i feel funny about this?

...beacause you're jealous you're not going with, so its easiest to transfer those feelings to not trusting him. Don't sweat it, seriously. If he were to cheat on you he doesn't need to go to CA to do it.

there could be many reasons as of why you feel funny about this, one of which yaou have already stated, the wo of you have never been apart like this, other reasons may be the friend that he is going to see and where and how the met, as well as stories that you have heard eirther from him or other people that hint about him not being faithful to other girls before you. and if there are no stories or other reasons it could just be nerves i suggegt you lighten up a little and trust the guy

You feel this way because you have never been away from him like this. Keep in contact with him and if he has never gave you a reason not to trust him then why worry he is coming back home to you right? Just relax.

My lord its only for a day. Your feeling a bit queasy because its your first time apart from each other and you said he hasn't given you reason to believe that he will do anything idiotic ok. Just kiss him and tell him you will be waiting for him to return. and everything else will fall into place.

i would not worry about it just count your lucky stars he's not being sent to a place like iraq, and you could always go and take the work your daughter will miss from school get over it your proably just bummed your gonna miss the fun ...

Insecurity. If you have a good relationship the trust will come automatically. If it doesn't you need to re-evaluate your relationship.
