i have naturally dark brown hair, but i dyed it blonde 4 a couple of years, but now its dark,redish brown again. i want a lighter shade of brown and ive bought a dye thats called golden brown, iv chose a new,light and shimmering brown tone and ive used the sme brand of dyes before, but will lighter brown go with my skin tone, i have a medium toned skin,dark brown eyes and brown eyebrows.

Go very light brown, you won't be a dumb blond, or a boring brown.

As long as you don't go lighter than light to medium brown you'll be fine. Blonde hair with brown eyes never looks natural but a light brown will look really nice. It sounds like a good hair dye. Go for it!

I used a similar shimmering colour on myself before by Loreal. It was very good on my dark brown hair and looked amazing when I had a tan. I think the golden tones will definatly compliment your skin, eyes and eyebrows. This is just the kind of tone you should be using.

honey the dye you've bought wont work. you cant lighten your hair if it has a darker colour on it, only near your scalp would go lighter as thats new hair grown through with no dye on it. the ends would have to be stripped out first. the colour you've chosen would suit you though but have it done professionally first, trust me i'm a stylist. the only other suggestion is some fine highlights all over, good luck sweetie xxx

Go for a nice shade of light brown, its not as harsh as dark brown & it'll lighten up ur face.

i wreckon u should just saty dark brown but have highlights done on top of head but deffinatly dont go black coz u cant die over it u av to get it stripped then it goes ginger

Have streake put in . Some copper and some dark blond.

I think that instead of dyeing your hair , you should get highlights and low-lights, That will give your hair more dimension and it will make it look healthier.
