Before my computer shuts down, I get the message "Waiting, ending MS Office." I always have to click the Task Manager "End Now" for the computer to shut down. When I reboot the computer, I get the message "Preparing to Install Microsoft Office Premium, please wait, then error 1919 comes on, and I have to press CTRL, Alt, and Delete to continue using my computer. It's a hassle.

It's either you haven't installed the software properly or the software got corrupted after the installation.

Make a fresh installtion after proper uninstallation.
