First of all maybe this is the way she wants to live her life. As long and she is not sleeping with all these guys and not causing anyone harm then why should she stop.
To your question as to what to call her how about you keeping your opinions to yourself and do not call her anything. She might think you have problems also. I do not see her on answers asking people what to call you. Grow up!

Maybe she's afraid of getting hurt if she stays with any one guy for to long... possibly it's been that her parents had this happen and it destroyed them, and she doesn't want it to happen to her too... i kno that is one of my best friends issues... never stays with any one guy more than a week cuz her mom got devastated by a guy after a long relationship gone bad... she is afraid of getting hurt that way 2
