Should children be placed back with a mom who has been thru rehab 4 times and is currently in rehab, admitted to using meth, and fractured an 8 month old babies skull, lied to DHR, and asked for an open marriage?

Child custody varies from State to State, however, most issues of child custody are initiated by a non-custodial family member who makes serious allegations against the custodial parent.

Do not misinterpret what my point is...I do NOT condone child custody if the circumstances you state are TRUE....however, people CAN be rehabilitated where the child can be returned to the parent.

If you even remotely suspect that the above mentioned circumstances continue....IMMEDIATELY...

1) Notify your local police;

and/OR

2) Notify Child Welfare Services or the Department of Human Resources.

Children are much too precious to be put in the hands of somebody who's this irresponsible. If the mom doesn't know how to take care herself, she definitely can't take care of children.

NO......She should be beaten to a bloody pulp for harming an infant like that. Any judge that would think she should get her kids back should be shot in the head.
