SOME Christians have such awful judgemental ways and in their attempt to woo people over to the Lord in fact push those people further away. There are many people on this site exactly like that. DO you think what they are doing is a sin, and are they going to be held accountable for those lost souls?

Yes, it is missing the mark (sin).

Jesus did not spread the word so. It was not his policy (usual practice) to preach hellfire and damnation. Nor was it Jesus' policy to force himself on others in any way.

No. The truth is, everyone is responsible for their own behavior and what they create. We can only be accountable for what we do; what we create. The soul is ultimately responsible for itself so in this, the meddling, holier than thou Christians are off the hook.
