i am sad all the time and feel bad about myself, i feel useless.i cut myself aswell.i tried to talk to my mum and she just ignores me and my dad is never around.i get bullied at school all the time and i dont want to talk to the staff there because i hate the school.what can i do to cheer up??? i hate feelin like this

Make your parents listen is the first thing I would try. If they won't listen then write them a letter. Do some research on the web for support groups you can call. You shouldn't feel this way at all. I understand what you are saying about the school, I have a high school son and he is in trouble a lot and his teachers and the staff are not there for him they classify him, I would tell you as a mom to go to the guidance office but would understand if you don't. But try with all your might to get your mum and dad to listen. You shouldn't feel like this. You can always talk to me or I don't know how old you are but I have four kids and I am sure one is around your age and would love to be buddies with you on those myspace site things.....Feel better I am here.

Do not cut yourself, you may feel that it will help you release but all it will do will give you noticable and recognisable scars.
You really need to talk to someone, anyone, it doesnt matter. Maybe even somthing like samaratins (can't spell). Try and get what is causing your depression, out of your system. Get to the root of the problem. It doesnt matter if you hate the school, find a teacher you like and tell them about the bullying. You may feel like your snitching but would you rather do that or end up critically depressed? Also, you should try and get in touch with a councellor or some proffesional help. You could be clinically depressed.

Dear thing, you need professional intervention. Try sitting your parents both your parents and tell them you need help.

If that fails, find a counselor yourself. They should be able to intervene with the P's.

And talk to your school counselor right away. That's what they're their for!

Also call any crisis hot line. Someone to talk to can make you feel a lot better.

Become aware of the negative mental "self-talk" going on inside your head. Create a positive mantra, if you will, that tells yourself you are worthy.

I've heard that it is impossible to feel depressed while exercising. So try moving. You don't have to run marathons, just walk around, swing your arms.

You may have a chemical inbalance this is the main cause of depresion and not feeling well, You can either go to a Pshychiatrist or a herbalist who can have you happy and feeling free in no time at all. Don't worry the medication these days doesn't make you a Dummy like in the old days.

Talk to your school counsellor or go to the Human Resources in your County or City, someone should be able to help you. You need professional help and since you are unable to talk to your family, maybe you could talk it over with a friend but for God's sake get some help. Have you talked to your church Pastor?, it wouldn't hurt to try. Good luck and God bless you.

first of all things are never really as bad as they seem, of course they are never as good as they seem either. dont feel bad because others make you feel that way try to talk to someone who isint involved personally with you or your school they can be objective about you situation, they might tell you some thing you dont want to hear but it might be the truth sorry about how your feeling but me personally no body can get me down as much as i get myself down nobody can stop me unless mentally im stopping myself so its the way you feel about yourself that makes it seem worse than it is as far as those guys picking on you at school next time one does punch him straight in the throat he will drop its easy to pick on some people because they dont fight back sure you will get into some trouble but the next time they will pick on someone else, anyway i hope this might help you even a little good luck

bro glad i dont live were your at i would go and personally rain hell on anyone at your school that messes with you. bro you need a buddy ill be your buddy. as to cheer you up. The world is sick so just do yo thing in **** everyone that in the way of that. hapiness comes from with in you got to find it life will get better. dont cut yo self any more.

Isn't there ANYONE you can talk to? A school counsellor, a priest/pastor, or even a friend's mother whom you like?

You desperately need help for depression, which is what's wrong with you. Find someone you can trust and TALK about it.
That person will help you find help from that point on.

you need to talk to somebody about it .....
i went throughthis to i use to cut and my mother didnt give a damn really and my dad was out of the picture, one day in class i just broke down crying, i was sent to the school counselor, and no she couldnt really help me but she did have me see a counselor outside the school, i was put on meds ect ect.. i fought depression for a long time, that was nearly 10 years ago, things have gotten much better over time, but i feel i was lucky i was thisclose to killing myself.... so anyway,... please talk to someone, start with a school counselor or maybe if you go to church someone at church a friends parent, someone.....

do u have any close friends that u could talk 2? u shouldn't be cuttin urself like that. school is what u need 2 nake it and bring up ur self esteem. talk 2 sumone or go 2 an therapist.
