Please, you are not fat. In fact, you might be a little underweight depending on your bone structure.
You need to seek some help if you really feel this way. It sounds like you might be starting to develop an eating disorder or body dysmorphic disorder.
I'm 5'6 and weigh 125-130.....which is normal.

At 5'6" and 110 lbs, you really are not fat. You may want to talk to someone about feeling this way about your body. If you really feel that you need to lose weight so badly, you should try to eat healthy and exercise and you will lose weight naturally.

First of all that ain't fat 5'2 and 175 is fat not 5'6 and 110 second if you really want to look like a sickly anorexic Run, Eat only one meal a day of 1500. calories or less but not less than 1000. and drink lots and lots of water

you're not overweight,you're headed for anorexia or bulemia if you keep up this attitude though,i'm 5'5 and 100 lbs,so you're not fat
neither am i,i'm considered underweight by alot of standards,but i'm also very active,i do eat healthy and i just have a high metabolism,but seriously,if you think you're fat GET HELP
because you're not,and not everyone has to look like friggin kate moss to be pretty,where we got that idea from i have no clue but it's a bad one

Actually according to your BMI you are underweight and need to gain a few pounds. Calculating your height and weight you should be between 115-150 lbs. You need to gain a little weight to be considered healthy.

this works!! i tried it. drop 10 lbs in one week.
so for breakfast you will have one tomatoe. for lunch you will have tomatoe soup with some veggies (your choice just a few)... do not add salt or anything... just fresh tomatoe liquified....
for dinner, a whole tomatoe.
if you get hungry, drink green tea. have like 3 cups throughout the day if you want. (speeds up metabolism, warms you up too)
drink tons of water.
you cannot break your diet for one whole week. I know it sounds brutal. but first you have to know why you want to lose weight and imagine yourself skinnier like u want to be. and you will set your mind to do this diet for one week. after your 1st week start eating only healthy food, veggies, fruit, low fat milk, low fat yogurt. but very small portions... and exercise a bit... dont stuff yourself!!! u will then gain the weight back if you do that.

You need to relax. Your weight is okay, actually you may need to gain. You may have body dysmorphic syndrome.

baby your under weight as is. you should talk to an adult that you trust about your self image. you could be headed down a deadly path.
