Try growing grass, oats, or beans. Beans are especially good for some projects, because the seeds and first leaves are really big, so differences in your experiment would be easy to observe. Good luck!

Duckweed, its an aquatic plant that lives on the surface of the water. Mile-a-minute, its a weed don't know scientific name. Beans and peas. Cat grows from seed in a few days and grows FAST. Good Luck.
